I joined the gym on the 18th November, the sales person saying anything that i wanted to hear including this one month free and I repeated this several times during the consultation and he kept saying yes. Now the beginning of this month on the 1st I got an SMS saying Virgin Active has debited my account with the monthly fee. 2 weeks free gym membership and I was promised 1 month this is not on and then i enquired about this last week and then they only say why that is so the sales personal need to get there information in order and stop making promises that the company can't keep to!!! Will not recommend Virgin Active to anyone!!
