I would like to bring it into your attention that I was billed very late this month, and I do not appreciate that. The agreement that I have with Virgin Active is that monthly payment will go off on the 1st of every month.
I think in future if there is a problem with your bilking system you notify us via SMS or email, on what we can expect.
Secondly I would like to know how up to date is the information on the members lounge, because when I logged in a week back it showed that my account is in arrears, I have not made payment. I joined virgin active in may, and as per the saleslady, I had a free month, so the debit orders would start going off in June, so I'm a bit surprised of how I can be in arrears.
