Zora doesn't want to replace my broken bag

Hi Peter please assist I have joined da gym virgin active beginning of this month was given a bag. I onky used bag for a week and da handle & da zip git broken & I enquired at the workshop branch from one of the sales consultant who informed me that they are changing the bags for those who bring it back because if ut broken. I called my sales rap who I joined from on the 13 November and she promised to chsnge it the following Wednesday she never did & when I call her back she id giving me attitude now. I want my bag to be changed ad the other members. Zora must also call me to confirm when she us bringing my new bag & take the old one. Please help me Pete
