I was contacted by Virgin Active to join the club as they had a promotion running until 12.07.2013 and i joined a day before or so. i was PROMISED by the sales person that the month of July is FREE and my normal amount of R379 will only be debited from my account at the end of August.

i asked the sales person about 20 times if he is sure that it will only be deducted at the end of Aug and he said "yes" 20 TIMES.

Well, to my surprise R379 was deducted from my account on 02 August 2013. if i only joined mid month WHY IS R379 being deducted from my account???

I am so tired of ALL the from the Sales people at Virgin Active just to score some commission. its sickening and unethical.

i want my money reimbursed IMMEDIATELY or this contract cancelled.

The calls should be recorded. CHECK THEM!!!
