Dear Virgin Active
I joined Virgin Active on 15.11.2013 and have a contract (contract number below) stating that my monthly debit order will be R475.15.
For the months of November and December, Virgin Active debited my account each month with R559.00, which is not the amount stated on the contract.
I have phoned 0860200911 four times since the New Year and my call has never been answered - it's just elevator music and a message about call volumes.
Simple query: Correct the debit order amount to R475.15 as per the contract and refund me the difference for the two incorrect debit orders.
