More than double the installment debited from my account after i informed the consultant that the amount is incorrect. He assured me that they will ensure the amount is correct before any money is deducted. Needless to say virgin active activated a debit order within a day on my account with the wrong installment. I still have not been refunded. Secondly the website advertises that you get a month free training if you join in November and in fact in December which is a complete and total as they do NOT actually give you a free month. Its deceiving advertising in an effort to get people to join. They make promises that they cannot keep. This is extremely poor and the branch manager has not even bothered to get in contact with me.
