This is my second complaint to date and absolutley no feedback or response from Nawaal Daniels. I have R579 owed to me for the november virgin active installment and this has still not been paid into my account. I have emailed Nawaal 3 times last week and not a single reply with regards to my refund for november. As said before my vitality was cancelled in september last year and virgin active took liberty of taking the full amount which I was not aware of and I have not attended the gym from october last year. I was not informed through any means and did not give authorization for the amounts to be deducted. Please can I have this paid into my account immediatley. Virgin active is a rip off!!!
