I noticed yesterday that my virgin active debit order was higher than normally, I called my branch where I had joined, the lady in admin could not assist, I asked to speak to a manger there was no manager available, there was a sales agent who stated that I was debited in January. And February 2014 for membership at their flagship gym, moses mabida, to which I did not join such gym nor have I ever been to moses mabida and I did not authorise or sign any authorisation to join this club or give authorisation for the debit order to be deducted from my account. I want this debit orders to be immediately refunded back to my account. I've called the head office and the call centre and I have been on hold for an hour, this is ridiculous and the fact that no managers are available at the Westville gym goes to show that Virgin Active is not very active after all!
