Hi, I have been training at Vigin Active branches for /- 5years now, and i have never recieved anything from the gym. The one thing that everyone needs when goin to the gym is a gym bag. Well i have contacted my club and Virgin Active South Africa about allowing me to get a bag, because it does promote Virgin active and felels good to have something from the gym you train at as people tend to recognise it as well. The response and feedback that i have obtained was of no use to me. They mentioned to me that the bags are specially ordered for new customers only and are only for promotional purposes. So my question is that for me to get a bag i need to cancel and re-join in order to get a bag? I dont feel why a gym that charges me over 300 on a on a monthly basis cannot process my request. A bag costs /- R200 plus we will be promoting the gym so there will be no need for people to stand at robots giving out flyers to join the gym. Well because of this i am a very disappointed customer of Virgin Active South Africa
