Downgraded and Lack of Service

My wife has been awarded points for 4 gym visits for January but I have been 21 times. She even sent the access history to Nash (which excludes her visits to Randburg gym as she was mysteriously downgraded from Premier)

The visits to Randburg have been denied and so the receptionist has swiped her own card.

I expect these visits to be loaded manually, I am not going to prove that she visited the gym. I will leave that to you to pull camera data.

Also none of my visits are appearing on multiply and I had Shannon Olkers tell me yesterday that I have to pay a R600 activation fee, when Momentum Multiply waved that fee due to the sudden change from Vitality. Sort this out asap as I will not take this bad service anymore!

Please sort out these problems by the end of today or I will be taking this further with Virgin UK!
