Virgin Active Contract

When I paid the initial joining fee and signed the contract, I was told that in a 12 month period I need 24 visits, which I adhered too. Never did I sign another agreement for a change which you made yet I was never notified. However, I am now told that my membership is cancelled as I had 33 visits and needed 34 visits. I was pregnant for most of last year and experienced some complications. I also had a caesar in January this year and of course couldn't work out during this period. I am a full time working mum, who has to come home by 5pm, my domestic leaves then, I have to cook supper, bath both my kids, feed them and put them to bed, and then I have time for my self which is about 9pm. Please tell me Shannon, where during this time could I have made up the visits? You said: "We understand that you were not able to go to the gym after the birth of your son. Please note that your visits are reviewed over a 12-month rolling period and there is enough time for you to make up the minimum required number of visits in this period" I tell you what Shannon, you come to my home every day after 5pm and take care of both my kids aged 7 months and 3 years and I will go to gym with pleasure
