As per Discovery Vitality rules requires you to go to the Virgin Gym two per month totalling 24 visits
annually. Virgin ACTIVE did not have there access card reader wasn't working and
I couldn't scan my access card on several occasions and definitely more than once.
When I queried this with Virgin they denied this was the case. I was then notified by Discovery that I was two visits short on my annual membership to Virgin and my Gym contract cancelled. I have escalated to Discovery and Virgin with no success.

Discovery advised they would investigate the issues and get back to me - two months to date - pillar to post treatment and no feedback from either Discovery or Virgin ACTIVE on trying to assist me in resolving this.

Discovery Vitality and Virgin are now scamming people into taking new Gym contract moving forward.
I have been a Virgin active and Discovery member for the past few years.

It's seem that Discovery is working with virgin active to people to take out new contracts and pay monlthly fees for gym membership. Also when there is no power the access card machine is offline and visits not recorded.
