CANCELLATION OF VIRGIN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP

I have been a member of Virgin Active for almost 20 years.

Due to the new rules in place I have been given notice at the gym in Westville due to me not meeting the minimum number of visits. I have missed by 2 visits. Why was I not notified I needed 2 more visits in order to fulfill my obligation of visits for the year?

I did the 15 km ECR Walk where it was widely promoted by Discovery would give you points towards the fitness and health - why do these not count I walk at least 4 times a day and play tennis every Saturday afternoon.

I demand that they re-instate my contract immediately.
