I should have remained on Vitality

I recently moved over from vitality to momenum's multiply as Discovery was no longer renewing their contract with Bankmed. Regretfully I have not received the service expected & every time I contact the Mulitply contact centre after holding for 15min every time I'm told a different story with regards to the GYM billing. First they couldnt find any gym visits on sytem & now I'm expected to pay R350 for gym fees where with vitality there where no gym fee contributions.

This transition from moving over was suppose to be hassle free but I've been doing a run around between virgin active & momentum multiply.

Part of the terms & conditions of the gym product is that the more you visit - you would be eligible for a discount. For the month of Jan 2013 I have total visits of 13 which entitles me to a 80% discount. When I contacted multiply today enquiring on the R350 that scheduled to go through 1Feb they advised that the discount will only apply in March & that qualify a discount of 30% is applicable for the first two months.

I'm really frustrated that this was not mentioned before I signed up & I'm not impressed
