I am having a huge problem with the swimming lessons that are being held in the clubs pool on most afternoons. Not only do the lessons use up to three lanes, leaving two for all the rest of the members, but they go on for almost the whole afternoon. Some of the children that are taking the lessons are ill behaved, hanging on the lane ropes, crossing in front of and onto swimmers and generally taking over. I would like to know what the club policy is about lessons in peak hours of the club and who the lessons are for. I don't think it is fair for me to have to fight for water space every time I want to swim in a pool that I pay monthly for. I feel that the lessons are over crowded and the manager, who won't take my calls as he is too busy giving lessons, is not controlling the children.
I then tried to complain on the Planet Fitness website but they only offer 700 characters and it doesn't seem to work most of the time.
Very angry customer.
