I have had a premier membership with Virgin Active for the last couple of years. I had to move to Multiply because of Bankmed. I sent all the forms mid December.
The transition was not seamless. A debit order came off from Virgin Active.
On 18 Jan my gym membership mysteriously downgraded to a single gym. So I have not been able to swipe at Randburg Virgin Active for 7 visits! And now I do not have the 12 visits for Jan even though I have been 18 times. Randburg Virgin active no longer wants to let me in.
I am furious and I expect this to be sorted out.
In addition if the business analysts have been working round the clock to fix Fittrack, they not working hard enough! Because almost a month later, my fittrack logs have not been linked to multiply.
and now u want to charge me R409!!! unacepptable
