I have emailed the customer care, I have phoned but still no luck.

I want to cancel my gym membership I have not used it for a year cause I can no longer afford it, but this is what Planet fitness does not understand but the debit orders still come off then bounce back cause there is no money in my account.

So please rather cancel it and sort it out.
I have even sent the cancellation letters through to Thabo.

I can not afford the monthly payments but you want me to pay R1000 to cancel it. Does not make sense at all.
