I have ordered supplements from Biovea in March 2013 and to date November 2013 I did not receive my supplements. My parcel also got missing somewhere along the line, so they have sent me an replacement parcel with a tracking number. The next thing, I got a letter from Customs @ Cape Mail PO saying that these supplements are imported and I need to contact the Medical Control Council in order for me to get my parcel. This was very confusing as for I did not order these supplements from overseas, but on a South African website, [URL Removed] In any case I contacted the medical control council and according to them these products are not registered in South Africa and a MBR20 certificate is required for me to obtain my parcel. So now 9 months later I still don't have my parcel and lost about R400. My parcel is still detained / seized by Customs.
