I have a regional planet fitness membership contract which will only expire in September 2015.I am moving to Secunda and Planet Fitness refuses to cancel my contract! They are saying i must bring a person who will take over the membership! Where am i going to get a person? Why cant my contract be cancelled you ask? The response i got is its the company policy!!!??? Really i mean i have had a Virgin Active contract which i cancelled over the phone!
Planet Fitness is very unfair in their policies! I dont understand why i must pay for something that I am not using not out of choice but i am moving!
Warning to the Public, take out a planet fitness gym contract at your own risk!!!
