Planet Fitness, please can cel my contract asap!

At the end of August 2013, I re-joined Planet Fitness but was charged an access of approximately R400. I raised the matter with the Consultant I signed up with at Centurion Gate who advised that the matter had been escalated to Head Office and that someone from there would call me in a few days. Two months passed without hearing from anyone from Planet Fitness which annoyed me quite a bit. I contacted Planet Fitness late last month and was told (by Bashier Abrahams) that I would be re-imbursed R192, which I was not in agreement with. I raised this matter with Bashier on the 29th October 13 and was told that further investigations would be done the same day or next one. When I did not hear from Bashier, I tried to contact him with no luck. I was then referred to their Customer Services team and spoke to two gentlemen, one of whome I was told is the Customer Services Manager, Ravi Sukdeo. Ravi said he would revert on the 4th November which has not happened until today, 6th November. The problem of lack of attention to customer service starts from the top with Ravi, which is no wonder why Bashier is the same. At this stage all I want is a cancellation and my money back asap please!
