I have contacted the centurion branch several times in the past 6 months to try and cancel my membership. I have spoken to 2 People that said i should go to home page online. Then others tell me i should come in to cancel they cannot speak to me telephonically which is absolutely unacceptable. When I go in the people working in that department is not available and the managers has always stepped out and they do not know when they will be in. I have gone onto the home page of Planet fitness 6 times and lodged a request to cancel my membership with no response.
My contract has ended a year ago and i am on a month to month basis. It is impossible to get ahold of any body at planet fitness. They are pathetic!!!
I am now at the point where i will stop my debit order as i have been paying for a membership i do not use and it seems that Planet fitness is not interested in their clients to bother responding to any complaints or cancellations. I have spoken to several people and all of them has gone through the same thing with planet fitness and is now happy to be with another gym.
