This is now my 3rd complaint as I am not getting anywhere. I need to cancel my membership DOU0014 as I work out of the area and can no longer use the gym. I found someone willing to take over my membership but Planet Fitness changed their policy on this so NO. My husband has offered to use my membership and pay for it going forward, CAN THIS BE DONE, PLEASE. I cannot settle the aprox R2000 settlement required to cancel the membership which seems unreasonable as I would not even get anything for it as I would not be using the gym in leu of the settlement.
PLEASE CAN MY HUSBAND TAKE OVER MY MEMBERSHIP AND FULFILL THE REMAINDER OF THE GYM CONTRACT.
When I phone the gym I do not get any help, I am so so frustrated with Planet Fitness now.
