Where do I start!!!
I went into the gym 2 weeks ago to go settle my account and to cancel the contract I have with planet Fitness.
After I settled my account I told them that I wanted to cancel my contract, but they gave me a number that I should phone if I wish to cancel my contract because i'm with vitality (they have a different department for ''partner '' members)
I tried to phone them since then but all I get is some machine telling me to hold until there is a available operator, then i do but after 30min still no help and the once I waited for an hour and still no help.
I phoned the gym and they gave me an email address. I emailed them but still no help.
PLEASE tell me what do i do next!!! because this is unacceptable.
This is not the first time i've had an issue with Planet Fitness. They are so willing to assist with obtaining memberships but at sorting out other problems!!
