I joined Virgin Active in July now they telling me that they dont have my account number on their system and they where not able to debit from the account for 3 months my account is in arrears of R930.When I signed my contract I gave them my account number now its my fault I have to pay the arrears, I have been planning to join Virgin Active with Vitality on the 1 November but im afraid the same problem might happen I dont want to be a member of Virgin Active anymore due to their poor customer service.
