Transfered but now i have to pay

I have joined Virgin Active last year yes I have signed a contract for a year, but I did not ask to be transferred, and I don't see why they cant just let go. I get phone calls day in and out about my account, to top things up ive lost my job and I have explained it to probably every person workin for Virgin active, im just waiting for sir Richard Bransons phone call then ive spoken to everybody. I got angry when they threatened me with laywers so I said Its cool then I can pay you R50 a month, guess what their answer was, ok sir then give us your banking details. I mean realy heres not a virgin active where im staying. Please Virgin Active at least let me get a job first.
