I recently cancelled my Virgin Active gym contract with Vitality as I was planning to join the gym at my work, but realised that it would not work out that well. So I called Virgin Active on Monday asking them to reinstate the cancellation (if it was possible). Vitality without hesitation reactivated my membership to Virgin Active with no reactivation monies to be paid. I am really happy with your service. Thank you and keep up the good work
