PAYMENT ON A SERVICE I HAVE NOT USED

I am totally disgusted by the amount I am supposed to pay
When, I have not used the service. I stop paying the account because I am going through a divorce. I cannot pay for a service I have not used I was not even aware I had to give 30days notice to cancel and because of affordability I am unable to pay the demand fees I was paying for the gym and did not use the service I'm sure you people can check how many times I used the gym take the payments from there. I'm a single parent I cannot pay for such an amount furthermore instead of demanding money out of people why are you'll not calling us to use the gym and if we want to cancel the contract instead of demanding money for something we have not used... i want this amount to be cancelled I cannot afford to pay for this I am going through a divorce.
