Hi Hellopeter, i just wanted to give the staff at virgin active brightwater a compliment, i have been using the club for the last two months now as i have relocated from the cape and i must say the service that i have got from the fitness floor staff has been the best that i have got from any of the virgin clubs that i have been to. I travel alot so i end up using many of the clubs, but brightwater by far has the best team, they are always there to assist and make sure you are comfortable in the gym, they go out of their way and run around for you, even though alot of the time there is alot of equipment out of order the fitness floor staff will show you alternatives and always make sure you comfortable with the new exercise, they always around with their eyes pealed, keep it up.
Just a few things to keep an eye on, as stated there is normally alot of equipment out of order, if this could have a better turn over time, and if the cleaners could clean better, its sad to see that you have staff really going out of their way to assist and then you have other staff letting them down.
