If you want Virgin Active Humewood to respond to anything you better have a Hello Peter account!
I have cancelled my membership on the 15th of Jan 2014; the lady gave me a slip and said they would be in contact. As usual no one was in contact! I went on the Virgin Active website and left a note for the Humewood GM. NO RESPONSE!
If you plan on joining Virgin Active Humewood expect the following:
Great training equipment in good working order and friendly floor staff.
Account disasters with response
Requests about a number of things with response
Admin staff that is so incompetent they can't get a debit order right till you moan on hello peter.
A GM that never feels the need to respond and tell you what the is going on!
Can one of you tell me what is going on with my cancelation?
