To my letter that i wrote a couple of months ago which goes as follow "I went to gym on a regular basis till the personal got unfriendly and wasn't help full and willing to help anymore that was struggling with some equipment. When it started to get worse, people not greeting you anymore and started staring at you that u feel uncomfortable. So I stopped going there due to the back that it wasn't pleasant anymore."
I did receive a call to say i must come in to discuss my issue which i did to find that no one knew about my problem and that someone would call me again to rectify this and to this day i haven't heard anything back from PLANET FITNESS to address my issue.
Where does one go from here now? Seems like all issues are just treated with silence..
