I Quote and unquote " This allows us to reinvest in your club through regular maintenance, new equipment, and professional staff " you say all these things for a fee increase but yet i have not seen new equipment at my gym the only thing I have seen thus far is a bunch of 2nd hand equipment which i am sure its coming from those top class gyms and being dumped in Mitchells plain and you people think we should just be happy with the we get, my second complain is you mention professional staff yet you cant even keep the staff which you have in the past few months I have been in and out of the gym I have seen so much new faces which comes and goes some who don't even show interest in what they do, i don't mind paying but i ask you to please to see to the above problems we have.
