I decided to make use of open access in December while on holiday in Durban.

Little did I know that Gateway can teach them a thing or two.
No fitness staff on floor and a boiling hot fitness area meant that I was at real risk of collapsing or injuring myself.
After having to request to the receptionist to put the aircons on, I then decided to attempt the treadmill.
Lo and behold pressing a button to lower the speed didnt work - Another safety issue.
I left the gym after 15 minutes because I just couldnt handle the risk of collapsing and getting injured.
I explained my reason to the receptionist who apologised and then subsequently had to drive to La Lucia for a more decent workout.
In the end I dont really care whether you guys solve the problem of having no staff on the floor, of sweltering temperatures, or of faulty equipment - because in the end I will not be visiting this gym again - and in the end assume that someone else will probably end up getting injured.
