Deposit on cancelled membership Part 2

Good day,

My third attempt to finally resolve this issue with Planet Fitness.

I have checked with my bank and tripple checked my bank statements. There is only one payment from Planet Fitness and that was on the 16th of August 2013 for an amount of R 946.55. How do we resolve this?
