Poor maintenace to equipment, always out of order, changed contract to national member, unable to train in Natal at virgin active, system not updated, fitness instructors bad attitude, clothing not up to standerd, bad image,
Gym closes at 20:00 and other clubs only closes at 21:00 and 22:00. Unsafe parking, parking boom out of order (again) Tried fixing my contract telephonically from Natal, no assistance from any staff or help line. Double debit order on my account without any notice, after paying R950 to change my membership to national. Staff putting away trainers weights when just away for 30 secondes to get water. Broken mirror, injury on the verge of happening. Floor staff bad mouthing me after i informed them that im still using the weights, was only 19:25
