Fail to cancel contract and deductions

Long story short!

I've been struggling for /- 3 years to close my gym contract and when someone finally helped me with the corrected amount to pay the settlement fee, they still deducted money from my bank account after a year and my contract from this day I've never been cancelled or closed.

Every time they have long story's and fails promises, but they still keep on taking!!!

Someone is not doing there work right and this is serious pain!
