I have been struggling since I started with my contract in 2010! They did not deduct the money as they said my contract were paid in full. So after I was honest they started deducting money double. And it was their fault. I did go in and pay the amount manually. So after this was sorted out! They still deducted money double from my account! I then asked them to cancel my contract which expired last year July 2013. They did not cancel my contract. They my money every month. So the handed me over to Saya. After phoning emailing and asking questions, I found out who Saya is with no help from Planet fitness! So after a few fights, I paid the amount of over R3900. And now after paying this amount planet fitness deducted December and January an amount of R355 and again in January 2014 R1075. I do not know what to do more! I have screen crabs on my phone of more than 12 to 30 minutes of holding on and being put through to hold. Nobody picks up the phone! Nobody responds to my emails. Nobody responds to anything I try! Planet fitness was always rude to me, never assisting me and always full of excuses.
They are constantly my money!
