Planet keep on taking money from my bank account after I have cancelled my contract in May... every month I get a call or sms which says my account is outstanding...
i was with planet fitness for less than a year and cancelled because everyday when i go to gym and swipe my tag the gate does not want to open because "I owe them money", then we go to the admin office and they tell me that my account is fine and I don't owe money... every month the same story!!! i have cancelled in May and still paying...
