Appalling service

I have had numerous problems with my debit orders not being submitted by Planet Fitness. I sent my bank statements through as proof of my bank account and to make sure that my correct bank details are capture on the system. I was handed over to a collection agency because of the arrears. I agreed to sign an addendum that would extend my policy and pay more every month to make up for the arrears as I got the blame for the problem saying I didn't provide the correct bank details. Yet, my account was debited by Planet Fitness previously. After I signed the addendum I was assured that the issue was resolved. I paid my first installment cash and from the 01-10-2013 my bank account was suppose to be debited. Before my payment was due I received a call from the collection agency. I informed them of the agreement I had with PF. No debit went off from the 01-10-2013 to date. I followed up with the lady I have been dealing with and no apology was received. I was told I need to supply alternative bank details or pay at the branch. I am appalled with the service I am receiving after I was reassured everything has been resolved.
