Unhappy With Service At Planet Fitness

I joined Planet Fitness around October 2012, I was made to complete and sign the necessary forms and agreed to have my monthly fee debited from my account, I did not have my banking details with me, so the consultant undertook to call me later that day, which he did. I supplied all the relevant information in line with the agreement and assumed everything was in order. I received my access card and immediately started utilising the gym. About three months later, on trying to enter the gym with my access card I was denied access. On inquiring it was brought to my attention that my gym membership was in arrears because according to Planet Fitness I had agreed to pay cash., well I couldn't understand how I was mean't to pay cash when I had given the consultant my banking details. Yesterday I received a call from some collection agency demanding that I pay over R787 immediately
