I took out a planet fitness in Descember. When I saw that the money was not debted from my amount in January I made a enquery about my bank details. When they sent me the details it was incorrect. I went into the branch and filled in a form to change my details they said they would email went its been done. I am still waiting for that email. I have since gone and changed it multiple times and still no joy. Planet Fitness has since sent me to their debt collectors because my account is in arrears. Now I have to pay more becuase of the admin fee for the debt collectors. Why must I now pay for planet fitness being lazy and not changing my bank details.
