Generally terrible service AGAIN!!! From Receptionists that are more interested with their Blackberry's than attending to or even acknowledging a Client, to the Sales Person whom I have contacted NUMEROUS times to resolve my query - Overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ONCE MORE!!! It has gotten to the point where I have to drive TO the gym because no one is getting back to me. I signed (another) new contract with your Club in Soneike on the 11th of June 2013 (Not even to speak of the 1st contract which I signed with Cobblewalk which also went belly up!!) & my contract STILL has not been processed. My joining fees have been paid. This means that my Pro-rata amount for the rest of June has not been deducted & neither has my monthly payment... Since JUNE. So in other words, Planet Fitness will then deduct it all at once AND hold ME responsible for being "in arrears". Well this was the LAST straw. I am NOT interested in another contract with such a USELESS company!! Absolutely DISGUSTING conduct ONCE AGAIN Planet Fitness!!! And the only person who will pay at the end of the day is ME... For a service I have not been able to use.
