CANCELATION OF CONTRACT

This is unacceptable. I have been struggling with virgin active for over a year now. I CANCELLED my contract numerous times and still they deducted money from my account. Now they handed me over to some company for ITC. Thanks to this, i can not make ANY loans or open ANY accounts because they are claiming I owe them money.

Virgin active has the WORST book keeping I have ever seen. How can you take debit orders from someone that does not even gym there any more?

I have spoken to a manager at virgin active, even he "cancelled" the account again, but I am still receiving phone calls for payments that must be made.

Sick and tired of this!
