On Tuesday The 27th of August I Phoned Planet Fitness Rosebank To Find out if my account was still active as we wanted to go to gym, I was promptly told by the receptionist that my account was in 7 months arrears. This is utter nonsense as I confirmed on my bank statements that money had gone off my account over the past months. I then also realized that my account had been automatically renewed without any notification being sent to me in any form. This is a goes against section 14 of the consumer protection act, I phoned them back furiously and I was put through accounts department who told me that she would have her manager phone me back, I heard nothing so I phoned again yesterday afternoon and asked to speak to the manager directly, I was Told he was busy and would phone me back still I have heard nothing, this is unacceptable and it's sad because I was going to go back to them but after this episode I want nothing to do with planet fitness, they do not care about there customers and rip people off as soon as they get a chance I am disgusted with the pathetic service and response I have received from them.
