I still have not got back the money that planet fitness owes me. The manager in the branch says that He has put forward my case to head office. he even confirmed that they asked him about my case after the first report.
He says that he cannot refund my money only because he has not got any request from the head office to do so. he claims that the CEO of some department send a mail about this to him.
Planet fitness on the other hand says that they had issues with people going on holidays for the past three months.
As a customer i am waiting for my money to come back for the past six months.
I do not know if they would give me my money back. nor will they let me cancel my contract without any issues.
