I filled in a cancellation form on 12 December 2012 at the Lynnwood Planet Fitness. I was informed that the debit order will still be deducted at the end of December, which is fine. However, there was another debit order deduction at the end of January 2013. I went to Lynnwood Planet Fitness 2 days ago, who said they will contact Rosebank to have this sorted out. I haven't heard back from them. I then phoned the number for the Rosebank gym as given on the website, but reached a call centre. The lady also said that she would speak to her manager and that she would get back to me. I still haven't heard anything. You need to refund me the money for the incorrect debit order deduction.
