I have never been so disgusted by a company in my life!!! They treat their customers like!!! They have the audacity to black list customers for "non payment" (excuse me, my payment is via DEBIT ORDER you) without notification!!! Not once was I notified there was a problem with my account, not even a sms! How can they just hand their customers over and put their future at risk like that! This is disgusting!!! I would rather run on the road and chance getting mugged than ever step foot in Planet Fitness again!
