THE SALES MANAGER AND TEAM DID NOT TAKE ALL INFORMATION FROM THE SELLER OF A PREPAID CONTRACT CORECTLY. THEY DO
NOT RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES AND EMAILS AS THEY PROBABLY DONOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS E-MAILS TO WHICH I HAVE CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY AND LEFT NUMEROUS MESAGES BUT HE (THE SALES MANAGER) HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF THEM. IT IS MY SECOND CONTRACT AND THE FIRST ONE EXPIERD 30 MONTHS LATER WITHOUT A PROPER TAG. CONSTANCE AT LAKEFIELD BRANCH WILL CONFIRM THIS STATEMENT.
