Debit orde

I have a contract with planet fitness roodepoort and i paid my membership in full except for the black tag.
they stopped debiting my account for few months and then the started again. tried to phone them so that i can resolve the matter by no one is willing to help.
I need them to stop the debit order and then let me know when is my last debit order for the black tag.
