I am highly offended by the attitude of Cavol,
Return my tog bag that was supplied to me once i have signed up with the Fitness Branch in Cape Town Atterbury House Riebeeck Street. The Stitching of the bag by the handles as well as the bottom (inside) of the bag was unraveling, i am not at all impressed with the quality of the bag handed to me and have made it clear to your employees in a very professional and manageable tone.
I was told that they find there is absolutely nothing wrong with the state of the bag and that it will not be replaced as this is a free bag and does not need to basically have been given to me as a paying member.
I find it hard to believe that a Company of your caliber actually treats their clientele in this manner. This comes across to me as being Putrid, myself as a Quality Control Assessor of an entire call Centre as well as the customer service and retention team, feels that this was blatantly disrespectful and handled unprofessionally. Employees feel that speaking in a calm tone but giving stares that says i don't give a is the way you train up your staff then I will no longer be referring any of my agents to you and have cancelled membership!
