I moved from Absa to FNB last year and filled in a form at Planet Fitness that states I'm changing my Bank account details and my new account number so all they need to do is submit a new debit order from FNB. Its been a year later and they can't resolve this issue my account is in arrears every month and then I must go pay cash and all the R20 write back for the debit not going through. Now at the moment my account is Suspended. I can't understand whats going on and every time I ask Thabiso (Account person) they promise me the debit order is going off the end of the month. I'm really fed up with this bad service. I've been nice for a year asking them very nice to help me and this is what I get. INCOMPETENCE. Please help me. I've payed too much for a bad servie.
